The purpose of this paper is to preparing exercises with a device designed rehabilitate the strength ankle joint ligaments, and identifying effect exercise strengthen ligaments for athletes injured minor sprains. two researchers used experimental method by designing group pre-and post-test in order suit problem reach results that achieve objectives research its imposition. community was identified sprains Baghdad Governorate, where first injury on 30/10/2020 injuries were at different times, which started from date occurred player during exercise, determined after diagnosis Doctor specialist, when conducting clinical examination magnetic resonance imaging, it found they had simple sprain joint, does not exceed period one three days.
